Space gives a sense of Humbleness & Spirituality: NASA Astronaut Jack Fischer

ONI Bureau: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Astronaut and Colonel of United States Air Force Jack David Fischer delivered the 14th lecture on “Borderless Universe” under the Odisha Knowledge Hub Lecture Series in Bhubaneswar on Friday.

Mr. Jack shared his experiences of more than 135 days of stay in the International Space Station. The talk was highly illuminating and inspiring.

Delivering his speech at the Odisha Knowledge Hub Lecture series, Jack David Fischer said space gives a sense of humbleness and spirituality which has created thousands of scientists working in space research over the years.

Students from across Odisha, connected through video-conference, had the opportunity of a lifetime in listening the experience of the Aeronautics in space & the rocket project of VSSUT team which will inspire students to take up science & develop scientific temperament.

Minister of Science & Technology Badri Narayan Patra presented the Odisha Knowledge Hub (OKH) memento to Jack David Fischer in honor of his visit to the State.

Chief Secretary Padhi, Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries of various departments and academicians from Universities participated in the lecture.
