SUM Hospital Owner Manoj Nayak granted Bail

The founder  of SUM Hospital  Manoj  Ranjan  Nayak was released  from  Jharpara  Jail after  being granted  bail from the Khurda Additional District Court on Friday.

The court on Thursday reserved its order on Manoj Nayak’s bail application after hearing arguments from both the sides.

Notably, Manoj Nayak was in the Jharpada jail after his arrest on October 20 in connection with the SUM Hospital Fire tragedy that claimed 29 lives till date. He had surrendered before Khandagiri Police taking moral responsibility for the deadly fire.
