Summer Vacation declared for Orissa High Court, to reopen on June 19

The Orissa High Court will remain closed for the summer vacation from May 20 to June 19. For hearing of important matters during the period, vacation judges have been appointed.

They will hear important cases on May 25, June 3, June 8 and 13. The court will open on June 20. The court will receive cases for registration between 11 AM till 12 PM during the vacation period.

A notification to this effect was issued by the Registrar of the High Court.

Exceptionally urgent matters, which cannot wait till reopening, may be listed with due permission of the vacation judges, the notification said.
