Supreme Court directs Orissa High Court Lawyers to resume work

ONI Bureau:  The Supreme Court of India on Thursday directed the Orissa High Court lawyers to withdraw agitation and resume court work so that no impediments is caused in the right of access to justice and petitioners can file appropriate application before the High Court.

While conducting the hearing of the lawyers-police clash today, the Apex Court also directed Odisha DGP RP Sharma to transfer the investigation to Crime Branch IGP. However the entire investigation shall be within the charge of the Inspector General of Police, issued letter mentioned.
