Sura Baba’s Trahi Achyuta Ashram valued at Rs 20.66 Crore

The infamous Trahi Achyuta Ashram at Jhinti Sasan on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, has been valued at Rs 20.66 crore. The valuation covered the Ashram, temple, Pothi Ghara and Gosala.

The valuation of the Ashram was done by the Crime Branch as well as Works and Archaeology departments in a joint operation.

During the course of investigation, 91 acres of land of Sura Baba and his Ashram have been identified so far. The volume may go up further, as the probe progresses. Meanwhile, the Khurda district administration has removed the encroachment of Trahi Achyut Ashram from 1.5 acres of land at Ghangapatna in Chandka.
