Talcher Fertiliser Unit will be functional from 2018, says Dharmendra Pradhan

Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Wednesday met the Central Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister Ananta Kumar in New Delhi regarding the revival of Talcher Fertilizer Unit in Odisha.

The union Fertilizers Minister set to lay the foundation stone for revival of fertiliser plant at Talcher by November.

The unit will be functional from 2018. Target set for annual production of 13 lakh metric tonne of urea from fertiliser plant.

The Union Ministers reviewed progress of other five Fertilizer plants that are being revamped.
