Tigress Sundari row: BJP’s Angul dist President Bhagirathi Pradhan held

ONI Bureau:  BJP’s Angul district president Bhagirathi Pradhan was arrested last night from Mendhasala area in Bhubaneswar for his alleged involvement in the violence which erupted at Mundasahi in Angul on October 21, after a man was allegedly killed by tigress ‘Sundari’ in Satkosia area.

It is to be noted that on October 21, the villagers pelted stones at the district SP’s vehicle and pelted stones at the police and forest personnels.

In this connection Angul police had lodged three FIRs against 200 persons and had arrested 29 persons including Bhagirathi Pradhan till Saturday
