Tigress ‘Sundari’ to stay in Satkosia: WII

ONI Bureau:  The Wildlife Institute of India (WII) researcher Dr Ramesh today confirmed that tigress Sundari will not be taken back to Bandhavgarh and will continue to stay in the Satkosia Tiger Reserve.

Earlier, WII researchers, Wildlife Crime Control Bureau and National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) has reviewed and finalised that shifting of the tigress will be very difficult and not justified.
