To test its quality, Sundergarh Collector eats Mid-Day Meal with Students

ONI Bureau:  Sundergarh District Collector Surendra Kumar Meena on Monday won hearts of people for his down-to-earth gesture as he sat down to eat mid-day meal with students of the Higher Primary School in Amgobha village of Kutra Block in Sundergarh district today.

To assess food quality, the Collector wanted to test for him the quality of the food served at the school for students.

This gesture will send a message across other schools so that they will be careful while cooking food, district education officer Dhruba Charan Behera said.
