Tribal Boy from Odisha’s Nabarangpur District cracks IIT-JEE

 

Success knocked at the door steps of Kailash Chandra Bhakta, son of a primary school teacher Bhaskar Bhakta, who cracked the IIT-JEE this year.

Kailash , a native of Dahibhata village near Nabarangpur town , studied Class XII at Khatiguda-based Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.

District Collector Rashmita Panda conveyed her wishes to Kailash who made the district proud by securing a rank of 1,114 among the tribal candidates.

Results of the IIT-JEE advanced were declared Sunday.
