Two Odia litterateurs to get Kendra Sahitya Akademi Award

ONI Bureau: Two Odia litterateurs will be conferred with the prestigious Kendra Sahitya Akademi Award 2017 for their outstanding works in literature.

While Gayatri Sharaf will receive the award for her short story collection ‘Ita Bhati Ra Shilpi’, Suryamani Khuntia will get the prestigious award for his book ‘Juganta’.

The decision has been taken in Excutive Board of the Sahitya Akademi at its meeting today.
