Umesh Yadav hits Ton against Odisha in Ranji Trophy

Pacer Umesh Yadav, came up with a stunning 128 off 119 balls to help Vidarbha score 467 against Odisha in the first innings of the Ranji Trophy tie in Nagpur. Aditya Shanware had scored 119 on Day 1, followed by Jitesh Sharma (49), Ganesh Satish (53) and Ravi Jangid (40).

For Odisha, Basant Mohanty took three wickets, while Suryakant Pradhan and Jayanta Behera took two wickets each.

In reply, Odisha finished Day 2 at 79/2. Girija Rout (25) and Natraj Behera (18) departed at the same score of 45. It would be interesting to see how Odisha batsmen responds to the Vidarbha attack on Day 3.
