Utkal University of Culture gets new Campus at Madanpur

Utkal University of Culture got its permanent campus at Madanpur on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. Governor of Odisha and Chancellor SC Jamir and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the campus on Monday.

The Madanpur campus was planned to be inaugurated in November by President Pranab Mukherjee but the programme was cancelled because IDCO was not able to complete the construction work in a given time. It took three years to complete the campus at a cost of Rs 60 crore.

As many as 48 colleges are affiliated to the Utkal University of Culture.
