Veteran Cinematographer Ashok Swain bags Jaydev Puraskar

Veteran cinematographer Ashok Swain was conferred with the prestigious Jaydev Award for his lifetime achievement in Odia film industry at the 27th State Film Awards held at Utkal Mandap on Monday.

The award having Rs 1 lakh cash reward, a citation and a shawl was given to Swain for his contribution to the Odia film industry in 40 years of long career.

Swain has worked on many films in last four decades and has also shot documentaries.
