Young Girl In Mohana Dead, Mystery Surrounds The Death

A young girl named Sasmita Majhi of Kambaiju village in Mohana area of Gajapati District suddenly took ill after complaining of giddiness and vomiting in the afternoon on Friday. She was admitted in a critical condition to Mohana CHC and while undergoing treatment, her condition deteriorated and soon she was declared dead.

The doctor at Mohana CHC who attended Sasmita claimed that her death was a result of poisonous reaction in her body. The exact cause behind the death is yet to be ascertained.

The police has registered a case of unnatural death. After consulting with the doctors and with the support of medical reports further action will be taken.
