Youth stripped, thrashed in Kangaroo Court over Love Affair in Kendrapara

ONI Bureau:  A youth allegedly stripped naked and thrashed by ‘Kangaroo Court’ in full public at Rajnagar in Kendrapara distict on Monday.

As per report a youth of Bhekta village under Talachua Marine police limits in Kendrapara district had developed a love relationship with the daughter of Bulu Jena, under whom the youth worked as an employee.

After the incident came to light, residents of the village, in presence of Sarapanch Niranjan Behera arranged a ‘sabha’ where they allegedly thrashed the youth and filmed a video and made it viral.

The youth was later rushed to Talachua primary health centre and later shifted to Kendrapara hospital for further treatment.
