1st Test: England bowled out for 287 in first innings vs India; India 76/3 at lunch

ONI Bureau:  England could add just two runs to their overnight total of 285 runs in their first innings before being bundled out on the second morning of the opening Test at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground at Birmingham in England on Thursday.

However, left-arm pacer Sam Curran picked up three quick wickets to lead England’s good fight back with the ball on Day 2. India 76/3 at lunch, trailed England by 211 runs on day 2.

Three  quick wickets of Murali Vijay, KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan saw India suffer a mini-collapse.
