Argentina scored their second consecutive win at the Champions Trophy, as they defeated Olympics Champions Germany 3-0 today. Earlier, they had defeated India 4-2. It was Germany’s second loss in three games. They had beaten India 1-0, but lost to the Netherlands 4-1.
Matias Parades (18th), Joaquin Manini (25th) and Ignacio Ortiz (49th) scored the goals for Argentina.
In the second game, Belgium stopped the dream run of England by holding them to a 1-1 draw. The Poms had beaten Australia and Pakistan in the previous games. For Belgium, Amaury Keusters scored the goal, while Lewers scored the lone goal for England.
