Bumrah wreaks havoc in Melbourne; Australia bowled out for 151

ONI Bureau: Pacer Jasprit Bumrah took 6/33 – second best bowling figure by an Indian (after Kapil Dev) against Australia in Tests, as the Kangaroos bowled out for 151 in the first innings in reply to India’s 443/7 declared.

For Australia, Harris and Paine scored 22 runs each. Khawaja (21), Head (20) and Marsh (19) were the other contributors. For India, Bumrah took 6 wickets, while Jadeja took 2.

India with a lead of 292 runs, did not enforce follow-on and decided to bat again.
