Former cricket player Sachin Tendulkar, who had tested positive for COVID-19, has been hospitalized as a precautionary measure.
The cricketer shared the news on his Twitter timeline. “Thank you for your wishes and prayers. As a matter of abundant precaution under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home in a few days. Take care and stay safe everyone,” he tweeted.
Sachin Tendulkar also extended his wishes on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the World Cup win.
On March 27, Sachin had shared on twitter that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
