India defeats Pakistan, wins T20 Blind World Cup Trophy

Indian Blind Cricket Team defeated Pakistan by nine wickets to lift the T20 World Cup for Blind title on Sunday at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Batting first, Pakistan made 197/9 but India chased down the target in 18 overs, losing only one wicket.

Opening batsman Prakasha Jayaramaiah (99 not out) and Captain Ajay Kumar Reddy (43) led India to the victory.

With the win, India has successfully defended their own title they had got in 2012, winning that match by 29 runs.
