Kohli hits 21st Test Hundred; India bowled out for 307

ONI Bureau: A fighting hundred by Virat Kohli saved India from big trouble against South Africa in Centurion Test and made the match evenly poised. India bowled out for 307 in the first innings in reply to SA’s 335, conceding just a 28-run lead.

Virat Kohli scored his 21st Test hundred and was the last man to go. He scored 153 off 217 balls. Vijay (46) and Ashwin (38) were the other top scorers. For South Africa, Morne Morkel took 4 wickets.

India would now look forward to restrict the South African second innings so that they get an easier target to chase in the fourth innings.
