Odisha take lead against Haryana in Ranji Trophy

In reply to 137 runs scored by Haryana in the first innings, Odisha gave a strong reply by finishing Day 2 at 232/9. They now have a lead of 105 runs, which may help them win their first match of this Ranji Trophy season.

Girija Rout (39), Natraj Behera (39), Arabinda Singh (32), Biplab Samantray (25) and Suryakant Pradhan (33) were the top scorers for Odisha. For Haryana, Jayant Yadav took six wickets, while Mohit Sharma took three wickets.

The first session tomorrow will be very crucial for both teams. It would be interesting to see whether the pacers of Odisha can go for a kill or allow Haryana to stage a comeback.
