High Court rules L-G remains Final Authority in Delhi

Another shocker for Arvind Kejriwal!!! In its interim order, the Delhi High Court rules that final authority lies with L-G in Delhi when it comes to taking decisions related to transfers and postings.

High Court asks Arvind Kejriwal to intimate the L-G about his decisions, but L-G would be free to approve or disapprove them using his discretion. It’s an interim order and HC wanted to know from the Centre on the transfers and postings in Delhi and other UTs on previous occasions.
