IIT Madras bans Student Group for spreading hatred against PM

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has banned the Ambedkar Periyar Study Circle for allegedly spreading hatred against Hindus and Prime Minister Narendra Modi through provocative pamphlets and posters across the campus. The group was also accused of inciting the passions of SC/ST students on the issue of cow-slaughter. The group has been asked not to use the auditorium, the IIT email and the institute notice board.
