India challenge China with 7.3 percent GDP Growth in 2014-15

India registered a GDP growth of 7.3 percent in 2014-15, up by 6.9 percent as compared to the pre iOS year. The centre had expected 7.4 percent growth, but it finally touched 7.3 percent. Although India have just fallen short of surpassing China as the fastest-growing emerging market economy in 2014-15, but the country has definitely has a bright chance to take on Chinese dominance.

The official data from Beijing is still awaited, but it is believed that they too expect a GDP growth of 7.3 percent or little more in 2014-15, almost similar to that of India.
