AirAsia Plane Crash: 46 Dead Bodies Recovered

AirAsia-Flight-BodyThe rescue and search teams have retrieved 46 dead bodies so far from the crash site of AirAsia Indonesia flight 8501, which crashed while travelling from Surabaya in Indonesia to Singapore. Only three of the bodies have been identified so far.

Meanwhile, the search team has found two ‘big objects’ of the ill-fated AirAsia flight. But, the divers have not been able to go near them because of high waves and perilious currents.

Several ships and choppers have been pressed into service to retrieve the dead bodies and find out the entire wreckage, including the black box, which may shed light on what happened on Sunday morning soon after the take off. The flight crashed into the Java Sea shortly after the pilot was instructed to increase the height due to bad weather.
