Car Bomb Blast kills 30 People in Yemen

As many as 30 people were killed in car bomb explosion in Sanaa, the capital city of Yemen, on Wednesday. Around 12 other injured in the blast. The cadets were gathered near a police academy for enrollment when the car bomb exploded.

According to reports, a suicide bomber driving a minibus full of explosives reached near the police academy gate and detonated. No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.

On December 31, 26 people were killed and 48 other injured in a blast near a cultural centre at Ibb city in Central Yemen. People gathered to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday at cultural centre when the bomb detonated by Al-Qaida suicide bomber.
