P C Panigrahi gets HR Leadership Excellence Award

Sri Purna Chandra Panigrahi, Director (Personnel), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited(MCL), has been conferred the Human Relations Leadership Excellence Award 2015 for outstanding contribution to industry and business in general and to HR community in particular at National Level HR Management meet named Genio Fiesta organised by the Department of Human Resource Management, Andhra University in Visakhapatnam.

The award was presented by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Andhra University(AU) Prof G S N Raju, in the valedictory function of the Genio Fiesta-2015 on 27/2/2015 at Dr. Ambedkar assembly hall, Adj. to College of Arts and Commerce, Andhra Universty,Visakhapatnam. Dr. K John,Head of Dept. of HRM,AU, Prof E A , Narayana, Rector,AU and Prof R Sathya Raju, Principal, College of Arts and Commerce,AU were also present there.

The award was conferred on Sri Panigrahi for his distinguished services in the field of Human Resource Management over the last three decades. Earlier Sri Panigrahi also conferred the leadership Excellence Award at National Convention of ISTD held at Bhubaneswar.
