AIADMK MLAs likely to urge Sasikala to take over as CM of Tamil Nadu

The ruling AIADMK MLAs are likely to urge Sasikala Natarajan, a close aide of late Jayalalithaa, to take over as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu at a meeting going to be held tomorrow.

There has a sparking speculation that the party may replace Chief Minister O Panneerselvam with General Secretary Sasikala Natarajan.

Sasikala, who is also called Chinnamma was appointed as General Secretary on December 29 last year, a post held by Jayalalithaa for about 27 years.
