Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and MoS Railways Manoj Sinha will arrive in Bhubaneswar on July 9 to dedicate the four-laning Bhubaneswar-Puri road to public. The decision was taken in the wake of Nabakalebara Rath Yatra scheduled to be held on July 18.
