Hoda is wanted in a railway accident that killed 150 people in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh last year.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday confirmed arrest of Hoda and three other accused criminals.
ISI’s Dubai-based agent Shamshul Hoda is also a known operative of fake Indian currency and has a network in Nepal.
