Mohammad Anwar Khan, who was involved in the beheading of Lance Naik Hemraj in January 2013, was among the three terrorists, who were gunned down by the Indian Army in Kupwara district yesterday. Anwar was paid Rs 5 lakh as reward by the ISI for beheading Hemraj. He was part of the 15-member team that killed the Indian brave heart.
