In a polite yet firm letter, Suparno Satpathy communicated that dignity, sensitivity and compassion towards the aggrieved should be paramount while holding such said PG camps. He added, if otherwise, then the spirit of holding such a camp would be murdered.
Many who had visited the said Public Grievance Camp at Dhenkanal had come from far parts of the district and they told this reporter that during the said camp there was inadequate seating arrangement and no chair was provided to the aggrieved while they lodged their complain. However, all the government officials were comfortably seated. Others were made to stand and place their grievance. Even senior citizens were not spared.
