The Biju Patnaik Birth Centenary Coordination Committee held its meeting yesterday afternoon to taken an unanimous decision to propagate Biju Patnaik’s work, vision and continuation to every nook and corner of Odisha, as the legend still inspires the future generation even after his death.
The committee has decided to finalise all modalities and prepare a detailed plan to be sent to BJD President Naveen Patnaik for approval. Apart from Tathagata, the meeting was attended by Ministers Debi Prasad Mishra, Atanu Sabyaschi Nayak, Arun Sahoo, Sanjay Dasburma, MPs Bhartruhari Mahatab and Narendra Kumar Swain, MLAs Debasish Nayak, Pratap Jena, Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena and many others attended the meeting and hailed late Biju Patnaik as the symbol of Odia Pride.
