Commissionerate Police serves notice to NSUI Leader, Portal Owner over Sex Slur issue

According to the complaint lodged by BMC Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena for allegedly taking his name in a sex scandal video that has gone viral in social networking sites, the Commissionerate Police on Friday served notices to National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) Odisha Unit’s President Itish Pradhan and proprietor of niankhunta.com Pradeep Pandey.

BMC Mayor has filed Rs 1 crore defamation suit at the SDJM court last evening for defaming his character and image publicly. Besides this Jena urged the court to ban the video in social media and You Tube.
