Former Congress leader and Managing Director of Sarala Realcon Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Gayadhar Jena, has been remanded to three-day custody of the Crime Branch in connection with Rs 20 crore land fraud case. The CB had sought five-day custody of Jena, but granted three days. Jena is accused of duping around 250 customers of Rs 20 crore or more with false promises of giving land. He reportedly used the money in his Odia film, ‘Chauka Chhaka’.
