Odisha Governor SC Jamir receives ‘Maoists Threat Letter’

Governor of Odisha SC Jamir on Monday received a threat letter from maoists in sealed envelope which came from Giridih district in Jharkhand. The letter was written in Hindi, the officer said.

Director General of Police (DGP) KB Singh said that in the threat letter they threaten the Odisha governor to resign from Raj Bhawan.

The Odisha Police contacted its Jharkhand counterpart to identity of the persons in this issue.
