Northrop Grumman scrubbed the launch of Cygnus spacecraft named after Kalpana Chawla, Indian-born NASA scientist, just over two minutes before lift-off.
The lift-off was scrubbed after Northtop Grumman received off-nominal data from ground from ground support equipment.
The lift-off was scheduled at 9.43 pm ET.
The SS Kalpana Chawla Cygnus spacecraft was supposed to carry 8,000 pounds of cargo and supples to the Space Station.
The next launch has been scheduled at 8.45pm ET.
