BJP attacks Nitish with ‘Cow Ad’, Congress to complain to EC

New Delhi, Nov 4: Once again it’s ‘beef’ the core issue which dominated Bihar politics. Bihar is all set to go for fifth and final phase of polling on Thursday. Amid the high voltage campaign, BJP has issued a new advertisement on ‘holy cow’.

The message is clear from the BJP, it condemned the remarks over the ‘beef’ by Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, Lalu Yadav and Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

The ‘Cow Ad’ features a woman with a cow and with a set of statements made by RJD Chief Lalu Yadav, RJD leader RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Karnatak Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

Through the ‘Cow Ad’, BJP questioned Nitish Kumar for his silence over the comments made by his allies insulting holy cow. The party asked Nitish Kumar whether he endorse the remarks made by his allies.

The advertisement carried out by many leading newspaper in the state. The BJP urged Nitish Kumar to end vote bank politics through the advertisement.

On the contrary, reacting over the advertisement of BJP, the Congress party lodged complaint against the saffron party with the Election Commission of India on Wednesday.
