BJD MPs Pinaki Mishra and Jay Panda support Lok Sabha Speaker

BJD MP Pinaki Mishra has backed LS Speaker Sumitra Mahajan’s decision to suspend 25 Congress MPs in Lok Sabha and said it would set a healthy precedent for the future to allow smooth running of the Parliament.

Another BJD MP Baijayant Panda also expressed resentment over he continuous disruption of the House by some MPs, saying Speaker has a right to enforce disciplinary action if the MPs disturb the proceedings.

He also sought the implementation of Chhattisgarh Assembly model, which automatically disqualifies the members when they enter the well of the House.
