Govt issues OROP Notification, 25 lakh Veterans to be Benefitted

One Rank, One Pension (OROP) implemented, notification issued today. Pension review in every 5 years. #OROP to be effective from 1st July, 2014. In total, 25 lakh veterans will be benefitted from this move.

Veterans, who had taken VRS earlier, can avail benefits of OROP. But, those who take VRS now onwards, won’t enjoy the same benefits.
