Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who launched five important schemes and events in poll-bound Bihar in the presence of CM Nitish Kumar, has vowed to announce a special package for Bihar at the right time. “I had announced that we will give Bihar a special package of Rs 50,000 crore before Lok Sabha polls. Looking at our dreams for a prosperous Bihar, we will give a bigger package than Rs 50,000 crore. This is my promise,” he said.
