ONI Bureau: The Kendrapara Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) court on Wednesday permitted the Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch to take dreaded criminal and gangster Syed Usman Ali alias Tito (56) on a five-day remand for interrogation.
Tito was injured in an encounter carried out by the Special Task Force near Chandikhole of Jajpur district on Saturday and admitted at S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack.
On Tuesday, he was discharged from the SCB and produced before the SDJM court amid tight security which sent him to five days police custody today.
