Om Puri, Debbie Reynolds, Carrie Fisher honoured at Oscars
The 89th Academy Awards ceremony which was held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Sunday night paid tributes to Veteran Indian Actor Om Puri, Star Wars” actress Carrie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds and Bill Paxton. They were remembered and honoured at the Oscars.
Actress Jennifer Aniston has introduced the segment in which the actors and members of the film industry who have passed away during the year were remembered.
The photos and clips were also played on the screen. The video montage was played in which Bill Nunn, George Kennedy, Gene Wilder, Patty Duke, Garry Marshall, Anton Yelchin, Mary Tyler Moore, Prince, John Hurt, Nancy Reagan, Curtis Hanson were included in it.
