‘The Conjuring 2’ set photos reveal 1970s London set

Los Angeles, Nov 26: Director James Wann has unveiled exclusive images from the set of the second installment of horror film “The Conjuring”.

Wann took to social media to share several photographs from the film set. One of these images captures original stars Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga in London.

Titled “The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist”, the set pictures highlight a Victorian-style London, reports aceshowbiz.com.

The first photo, which features the director, Wilson and Farmiga, also provides a first look at co-star Simon McBurney.

The quartet are seen outside the Marylebone Station. Meanwhile, other photos show how Wann recreated the set to make it look like 1970s London.

The visuals also show the director’s hard work as they capture some massive equipment used during the filming.

“I bring my crane into every pub I visit,” Wann captioned one of the photos which captures a big crane inside a Victorian-style pub.

Production started in Los Angeles this fall, but the shooting has now been moved to London.

The official plot details have yet to be revealed, but the film’s title indicated that the upcoming movie would include some ghostly activities in a council house in Enfield, England, in the late 1970s.

With Frances O’Connor, Madison Wolfe and Abhi Sinha also in the cast, the follow-up to 2013’s “The Conjuring” is due to arrive in the US on June 10 next year.  (IANS)
