AMRI Hospital, Bhubaneswar organises Health Talk on Stress Management

Bhubaneswar, Oct 29: Health Talk on “Stress Management at Work place” has been organised by AMRI Hospital, Bhubaneswar in the Conference Hall of New Integrated Office Complex of Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar.

The topic was delivered by Dr. Shibani Satpathy, Physiotherapist, AMRI Hospital who explained some health issues/problems like Ergonomics suffered by the employees due to their nature of work.

He also suggested some of the health tips which included small exercises like correct sitting postures while working on computer for longer duration, prevention of mild diseases  like cervical sodalities, frozen shoulder, low back pain, joint pain by slight movements of hands and other body parts. The programme continued for 45 minutes starting from 4.30.  All the  employees of AAI joined it with great attention.
