40 People injured, as Chennai-Mangalore Express Derails

At least 40 people, most of them women and children, were injured when the Chennai-Mangalore Express derailed in Cuddalore district. At least 5 coaches of the train, derailed at 2 AM near Puvanur in Vriddhachalam. Train services were disrupted in that route. All passengers were taken to safety.
