Aam Aadmi Party launches massive protest against Delhi Police

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) cadres have launched a massive protest against the Delhi Police, demanding the resignation of Commissioner BS Bassi over the deteriorating law and order situation in Delhi. A 19-year-old girl was stabbed 35 times for protesting against eve-teasing in Anand Parbat. She died of injuries. The police is accused of not taking action on the complaints made by the girl and her family members on many occasions.

The party also protested against PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh, saying they have ignored the problems of Delhi.
