Angus Deaton get 2015 Nobel Prize for Economics

The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel 2015 was awarded to Angus Deaton “for his analysis of consumption, poverty, and welfare”. Angus Stewart Deaton (born 19 October 1945 in Edinburgh, Scotland) is a leading micro-economist.

Angus Deaton He is currently the Dwight D. Eisenhower Professor of International Affairs and Professor of Economics and International Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School and the Economics Department at Princeton. Deaton completed BA, MA and Ph D at Cambridge University.
